   Mondays

 

                     9:30-11:00am    Gentle to Level 1 -Beginning poses learned with & without props. Some flowing poses, Core work, balancing & breathing & relaxation techniques are used invigorate your day in a calming uplifting way!

11:30am-12:30pm    Qigong- 5,000 year old energy art for strengthening the flow of life force energy & improving health. Increase your magnetic energy field (Qi or Prana). Open to all levels. Discover the healing power in your own breath!

4:00- 5:30pm Gentle to Level 1-Beginning poses learned with & without props. Some flowing poses, Core work, balancing & breathing & relaxation techniques are used to invigorate your day in a calming uplifting way!

                 7:00-8:30pm   Beginning-Intermediate Flow Yoga (level 1-2). All levels are welcome in this flowing vinyasa flow of sun salutes, deep stretching asanas (poses) & deep relaxation.

Wednesdays

7:00-8:30 pm  Mixed Level Flow Yoga with Restorative- All levels are welcome in this flowing vinyasa flow of sun salutes, deep stretching asanas (poses) & deep relaxation with restorative poses.

 Thursdays

1:30-2:30 Ballet- Ages 5 - 13 years old


 Fridays

9:30-11:00am  Gentle to Beginning Yoga - Beginning poses learned with & without props. Some flowing poses, Core work, balancing & breathing & relaxation techniques are used invigorate your day in a calming uplifting way!

6:00pm - 7:30pm   Level 1- 2 Flow Yoga  with Restorative- Flowing balances, sun salutes, restorative, work with the balls & other props.

9:00pm -Midnight -  Dance Jam Party for all ages!  Alcohol free/smoke free conscious alternative to clubs! Find your groove! Bust a move!- It is not a class. It's a find your groove thang & cut a rug & have fun! Dance by yourself or with friends or new friends to world beat, trance, 80's, electronica, hip hop, jazz etc! $10 (Bring a friend & both get in for $5, when you give us your e-mail for future events.)

 

 Saturdays


10:30- noon (12pm)     Gentle Yoga to begining  with Suzanne

12:30 - 2:00pm Begining to Intermediate Yoga (level 1-2) with Suzanne
